It’s been such a great start to the year! Today the Grace Warriors talk about the peace we can experience in the midst of suffering. Sara and Kathy talk about shifting seasons and how the Lord gives and takes away during different times in our lives. His word talks about the tribulation we WILL experience here on earth, from our brokenness and others! It can be painful to lose certain relationships, jobs, or hobbies but living with hands open and heart surrendered is when the peace of God can wash over us. His peace is His gift to us but He won’t force it on anyone, you get to choose to love and follow him. Make the choice with us today friends and experience the joy that can only come in relationship with your savior!

We’re back talking all about love, again! We have been on the subject of God’s love this month and since it is the LAST day of February, episode 90 is our final “love’ episode. But trust me, it will come back up because everything goes back to His love! Today Sara and Kathy talk about some of the other characteristics of God within His all encompassing love and what that means for us as believers. Remember, He watches over your coming and your going, even when it doesn’t feel like it. Trust in Him and His promises. We love you friends!

This week Sara and Kathy are back going through the gospel prayer! They’re revisiting this awesome prayer as a reminder and recenter. In times of suffering, we can struggle to hold tight to what is true. The world, the enemy and our own minds can distract us from the simple truths of the gospel. We’re so grateful for a Father who sent His son so that we may have deep, untethered communion with Him. He’s such a good God who not only loves deeply but cultivated all of history and time to bring you here, right now, for a purpose, to live in His authority and strength and to allow Him to be your God and you to be His people! Praise God! He is intentional in every detail and He never stops pursuing us. Rest in Him and create space for Him to move and breathe life into you today. You are all beautiful women made in the image of the Almighty God!

We’re back and creeping up to 100 episodes so so quickly! We can’t believe this is episode 88! Sara and Kathy hop on today’s episode to do a “refresher”! And WHOEVER believes in Him will have eternal life. Dive into this truth today, it will be the best thing you’ve ever given your life to!

Welcome back to part two of our interview with Suzanne Wheeler! This week Suzanne shares more details about specific hard things she has walked through and the anger she has had toward God. Yes, she had many moments of anger towards God and we are so encouraged to hear how she handled her honest feelings. Suzanne has been such a joy to have on the Grace Warriors podcast. Alright Grace Warriors, it’s time to get real! This week’s episode was fully brought on by the Holy Spirit while Sara was out at her lake house retreating with the Lord. This episode is unique because it is just Sara! She spends the entire episode opening up about her recent health journey and the way that has impacted her walk with the Lord. We desire to walk through ALL of the faith journey with you which means being transparent throughout times of suffering and not just after we have moved through it. The real, the raw, the hard...that is exactly what this episode is. We want to repeat something Sara says at the end because it is truth. We pray this podcast presses you to fall deeper in love with the Word of God. He is the place of ultimate comfort and even when it feels like he isn’t near, we KNOW His word has ultimate authority and it says He will NEVER forsake us. Thank you, Jesus.

Welcome back Grace Warriors! This January we are talking about the heart, which entails so many different things. New year doesn’t mean old patterns disappear and like we have always said, “New Year, Same Jesus”. We are so grateful for the invitation to cut out the excess and center our hearts anew on Him. It’s so easy to get caught up in the expectations of others but as believers we are called to something so much greater and that is submission to the authority of Jesus which allows us to fully embrace His grace. We invite you to lay down your fear of man and step into your true identity in Jesus today. We love you guys so much and are so excited for a new year with you all.

As you know, last week we had a few complications with the podcast episode so we missed out on hearing Kathy’s perspective for the New Year! This week Kathy goes more in depth about her thoughts on 2022. Kathy is a planner and someone who is always striving to do better, as she has grown in her walk with Christ she has seen all the Lord can do when we intentionally pursue him, but this year both Kathy and Sara are focusing on the surrender. We believe having open hands to the Holy Spirit is a necessary step for growth. Kathy talks about her word or thought for the year being “Immanuel", God with us, and that is exactly what she wants to focus on. Join us on this beautiful journey as we figured it out step by step with Jesus. He’s the true guide and His presence is enough, He doesn’t owe us anything but goodness He loves us so much!

We’re so excited to kick off 2022 with our amazing followers. Come join our journey as we laugh and grow together throughout this next year. Today Sara and Kathy do a small check-in and evaluate where they are currently spiritually. Sara talks through setting aside expectations for herself and explains how her heart desires to stay curious throughout this next year. Kathy talks through change and how it is NOT a bad thing, even though it may feel bad, it’s a part of life and it’s only a season! What are you looking forward to this year?
