It’s the Day we commemorate Jesus’ triumphal entry into Jerusalem, which is also the beginning of “Holy Week”, the final days of Jesus's life before his crucifixion. All four gospels record this event. John tells us that the people cut palm branches and took them to meet Jesus, thus the term, Palm Sunday. As we read through Luke's account, we will discuss three reasons Palm Sunday matters.
