Looking to Luke 13:22-29 to start, Pastor John points out that at the judgement Jesus never tells the lost He did not know them. Rather, He says multiple times that He did not know where they were coming from? Pastor John encourages us to understand that everything we encounter during our journey and what we go through in life, the Lord is using to prepare us for eternity.

Today we are visited by Pastor Buddy Denton. Buddy and his wife Cheryl are US Missionaries to Slavic Communities. Pastor Buddy points out how it can be frustrating to wait on people and we can frustrate them by making them wait. He then goes to the Gospels of Matthew, Mark, and John and the Book of Acts to help us remember that their are people who need us, and are waiting on us, to help them meet and walk with the Lord.

Today we recognize our guests from North Carolina Boys Academy in Hickory, NC, their leadership including Pastor John Steigerwald, the Jamaican Teen Challenge Teen team, and their leadership including Pastor Anthony Richards. Pastor Anthony Richards and Robert Dixon (of West Indies Boys Academy) then share their testimonies and ministries in Jamaica. Pastor John Steigerwald then goes to 2 Timothy 2:26, Luke 15:11-32, and Genesis 3:9 to discuss traps we all can experience in life. Regardless of where we are and what trap we might be in, Pastor John reminds us that the Father is always looking for and running to us.

Happy Father's Day to our heavenly Father and all our earthly dads! Speaking from the 21st chapter of John's gospel, Pastor John looks to Peter's restoration to demonstrate what we often have to do in order to move closer to God. We need to stop putting our plans / thoughts at an equal level to God's and give up our rights to ourselves.

Today we are joined by our founder pastor Mike Oney. Leaning on both personal experience and biblical examples, Pastor Mike speaks today about what happens in our life during seasons of change or transformation. We will all experience them and the Lord uses these times for our good.

We start service by recognizing our Youth that graduated High School this year: Jouana Garcia Mya McBride Jordan Stitt We then pray over Chhaya Lama as she leaves us for a little while to finish her Master's degree. Pastor John then goes to John 13 as through the Word, the Lord can help us navigate life. It deals with the matters of our heart and the human spirit. Looking to the Last Supper, Jesus knows His betrayer and He knows He is betrayed and yet He does something amazing. Jesus then sets the bar for us - serve each other.

Today Pastor John wants to deal with hopelessness. Situations and life seem too overwhelmingly hard. And we foamy get there by going into the Valley of Common Sense or the Valley of Logic. Going to John 17, Pastor John looks at a prayer of Jesus - a prayer for us even before we were born - that we may have His joy fulfilled in us. Like the dry bones, He wants to put new life in us. So dry bones, hear the word of the Lord and be refreshed by Him.

Starting in Luke 24, Pastor John talks about the promise of the Father, power from on high, His Holy Spirit and the fullness of His friendship and indwelling.

Pastor John starts the service by inviting Dave MacLaren to offer a word and prayer of rededication of this body and our nation to the Lord. Pastor John then goes to 2 Chronicles 7 to begin an exhortation for the Lord's people called by His name.

About a month ago, Pastor John went to Luke 4 to remind us the devil looks for an opportune time to tempt us. But Pastor John wants us to learn from 1 Peter 5 that at the proper time the God of all things will exalt, restore, confirm, strengthen, and establish us.
