I just found this show and it should be a crime there isn’t more episodes! Please bring it back, I need like 20 seasons ASAP! It’s just the show I’ve been looking for forever.

It’s like listening to the best lunch scenes in Sex and The City but better.

Charming characters and really hooks interest! I’m so sad to know there won’t be a season two ( I found this on the internet “ Allison Raskin: Especially in this age of social media, it’s like all about numbers. And like, how many people is someone getting their eyes on? And so, you know, I did this scripted comedic soap opera podcast called Gossip last year, and it didn’t get renewed. And so in my head, I was like, oh, OK, that was a failure because it didn’t get enough listeners. And they said, we don’t like this, so we’re canceling it. But then I meet fans and I get tweets and like that show brought people joy. Not enough people for it to get a Season 2, but like there are people tweeting me saying they’ve listened to it like three or four times and that they love it. And I have to remember that it’s not all about quantity. And that if my content is giving some people like quality, then that’s important, too.”)

I usually dislike fictional podcasts, but at no point during my listen did I think about turning it off. Surprise for me! Hot goss at the end was a treat. Fun and funny!

Love this podcast it very interesting

Binged all of Gossip during a car ride. Thrilling! Believable! Wow! I want to be their friend. We need season 2. What’s going to happen with Val’s marriage? The Harts’ throuple? The booming retirement home prostitution ring? And also the main plotline with Father Williams and stuff, too 10/10, need more hot goss in my life

I love Just Between Us, but Gossip is what got me there. I miss Gossip and still recommend it to friends. I especially loved the additional Hot Goss at the end. This is a great show that I’d love to see resume.

Allison had a really great thing carved out here, and I loved the additional real gossip at the end. I hope one day we can get more.

My roommate and I are on our third or fourth re-listen and we both agree that if either of us won the lottery the first thing we would do is pay for a second season of this to be produced.

One of my favorite podcasts! The storylines are always funny and captivating. Its taking all I have not to binge it, would love a season two or more podcasts! I never want to run out of episodes! Please please please make another season!!!

This podcast was such great storytelling. I wish there was a season 2!!

The real gossip at the end is full of bigotry. Why would anybody include that a child was poor and that is why nobody liked her a gymnastics? And you have zero shame about it. Then you detail a girl being groomed by camp counselors as gossip. No that’s abuse and with age you should see it in the correct light. The drama portion is fine.

The main characters are hilarious although I did find Mia a bit too one note toward the end. I binged all twelve episodes and I want more. What’s going to happen with Valerie’s husband? What did the priest mean?

Season one was fun, engaging, and fairly dark. Allison Raskin’s writing? Incredible. I’m excited to see where this series goes and to hear the exasperated barista..will he quit? Will he stay?? Who knows!

I'll happily listen to or read anything by Allison Raskin. Gossip was the ideal escapist entertainment for me while I was going through a hard time recently. The writing is snappy, original, charming ... loved it. Hoping for a season 2!

Facing a 12 hour round trip from my hometown to college, this podcast was the perfect fix! Engaging, funny and witty this podcast has it all!
