Today we are going to talk about what exactly it means to eat Biblically.   The Bible is God’s story of redemption. From Genesis to Revelation, the entire Bible points us to Christ and the Gospel. Therefore, we can understand that eating Biblically means letting the truth of the Gospel change the way we think about eating and food. We know the Gospel impacts EVERY area of our life, and how we eat is no exception. So we eat Biblically when we eat “gospel-centered.” This truth of the Gospel changes EVERYTHING! It impacts every area of our life, including how we eat! So, how exactly does the Gospel change how we eat? In this episode, I dive into the following points:   1. Eating is no longer about us, but about bringing glory to God and spreading the Gospel.  2. As Christ followers, we have a new view of “health.”  3.
