In today’s reading, the Woman at the well, we talk about how abundantly Jesus provides for us. So much that His water becomes a spring welling up inside of us!

In today’s reading, Matthew 17:1-9, we hear about the Transfiguration and discuss what an incredible experience this must have been for Peter, James, and John!

In today’s reading, Matthew 4:1-11, Jesus is tempted in the wilderness. We discuss how fasting is like training for an athlete and also how it puts our hearts in the right order - with God at the center.

In today’s reading, Matthew 5:38-48, Daniel and our son Blaise talk about how Jesus asks us to love our enemies and how through prayer God shows us how to love them well.

In today’s reading, we get a snippet from the Beatitudes. We mostly focus on how Jesus is showing the people that there’s much more than just a list of rules to follow and we really get into what it looks like to simply say “yes” and “no.”

Jesus calls us and those he was talking to “salt of the earth” and “light of the world.” Daniel and I unpack what that means and reflect on how life with Jesus is so rich and full.

The Canticle of Simeon - we talk about the obedience of Mary and Joseph when they brought baby Jesus to the Temple for the Presentation, the joy and excitement of Simeon when he finally sees the Savior, and our own excitement for being able to witness the same thing.

Matthew 4:12-23, We talk about the calling of Jesus’ first disciples, Simon and Andrew and James and John. They were all brothers and fishermen and immediately left and followed Jesus. We talk about what a special encounter this was with Jesus.
