This podcast went from fun to whiney man children as soon as the new tv show came out. They admitted in the review of the first episode they weren’t even going to give the show a fair shot and each episode released since us just these two crying that the new show isn’t just the old show again.

They cover a lot of trivia and even have producers from the original show on as guests. A must listen for any goosebumps fan

I just stumbled upon this podcast, listened to the “Haunted Mask 1” episode and I cannot love it any more than I do. Instant addiction. Brilliant. Funny. And colorful. The Haunted Mask (1&2) are my favorite RL stories and I found kismet, there, with the hosts. I believe that I could re-listen to this podcast as much as I rewatch HM 1&2. Just priceless. I am so excited to listen to their HM2 show and then begin checking out each episode before and aft. Thank you for lending your talents in such a glorious way to this beloved franchise. Listeners beware….you’re in for a scare…..or at least a fantastic trip down Goosebumps lane. Bravo!

I got through 5 years worth of episodes within a couple months and now I’ve run out of new episodes but it’s cool I just re-listen to old eps constantly. I’ll want to listen to a podcast and I’ll always find myself back with the terror twins I’ll just scroll up and down and land on a random episode and get ready to cackle and scream. 10/10 love it!

I listen to a LOT of podcasts so believe me when I tell you this is the only one. This podcast is a warm silly spooky blanket. There are no advertisements or discussion of current events (except the release of the goosebumps movie). I have never ever read a goosebumps book or watched the tv show and now I don’t need to. Thank you matthew and daniel for making the only podcast. I like to listen to it while I’m sewing :)

I stumbled upon this podcast and my inner monologue will never be the same again… Even though I’m just a casual fan of Goosebumps, I adore horror and comedy and this podcast is brilliant. The twins’ delivery and repartee is spot on. Several times I actually snorted with laughter (note: I’m typically not a snorter OR a guffawer). The icing on the cake is that I replayed episode one for one of my teenage sons and he immediately loved it as well. Do you know how hard it is to find a podcast you like that your teenagers will admit they like? The freaking Holy Grail. Please please please let this podcast continue till the very last RL Stine book/episode and then have the brothers chomp into the cheesecake that is Nancy Drew/Hardy Boys!

I have fallen so far in love with this podcast. I binge it at work and these hour long episodes give me life. I ADORE Goosebumps. And this podcast has reignited that love SO MUCH. I’ve been recollecting the paperbacks and scoping out second hand stores and my local Goodwill to try and recollect the books in the series that were lost/damaged over different moves through out the years. I COULD LISTEN TO YOU TWO FOR HOURS. I know. Because I have. Thank you so much for loving these books as much as you do and reminding me why I loved them so much in the first place!

I absolutely love this podcast. Daniel and Matthew are hilarious and so fun to listen to. I continue listening to podcasts where there is great chemistry between the hosts, and you literally can’t have more chemistry than actual twins, can you? I always picked up a set of Goosebumps books at the scholastic book fairs at school. They’re the books that got young me into reading, a love that still stands today. And the book you called a klunker I absolutely feel is not as short as you think, and I like the way how it ends. It includes everything ! And the one about the bees; I love it's hilarity moments ! Speaking of which I have the book; and Deep Trouble, and My Hairiest Adventure. Which I am sad to donate to TRL ! I also checked out Why Im Afraid Of Bees from the Tumwater Timberland Regional Libree. I had to do that for Goosebumps sake; that libree thing, to get a laugh from you. I love the way you two laugh ! The best podcast I have ever listened to. Fun and funny. Matthew and Daniel are the best and their love for Goosebumps is unparalleled. I’ve listened to each episode multiple times and still cackle like a witch. Can’t wait to experience what Deadcast will be doing next as I never really read Series 2000 or Tales to Give You Goosebumps. I fall hard on my elbows and knees for each new episode and it always makes my day.

My best girlfriends rediscovered the VHS of The Haunted Mask in high school nearly 20 years ago and quote it regularly, it shaped our humor and lives. RL Stine’s face has been photoshopped onto many cards and presents. I own a shirt my friend hand stitched “she fell hard on her elbows and knees”. I LOLOLOL each listen.

I never read the books as a kid so I didn’t know if I’d be totally lost, but I could listen to these two talk about ANYTHING! So glad my partner recommended this to me!

I am OBSESSED with this podcast. Matthew Scott and Daniel are the absolute perfect people to present these fun nostalgic recaps and commentary. They’re such natural storytellers, and so consistently high-energy hilarious that I find myself cackling like a WITCH as I listen to this podcast. They do such deep dives into the books that the episodes are super fun whether you remember the books well, or need a complete refresher. I’m rediscovering my love for so many books in this series that I haven’t thought about in years. Love love love this podcast!

I fell in love with Matthew and Daniel from the Carrie On podcast and I wanted more! I was hesitant to try this show because I’ve never read a single Goosebumps book, but gurrrrrl, this show is literally one of my favorite things in life! I want this podcast every day and twice on Sunday! My partner was reluctant to listen as well, but he is absolutely obsessed now! We quote the show allll the time! I tell everyone I know that they HAVE to check it out! I know my enthusiasm sounds hyperbolic, but I rarely find a work of comedy that I truly love and connect with!
