"I don't know." is a complete sentence and an acceptable answer. In 2018, I admitted to myself that I didn't know how to get unstuck emotionally, financially and creatively. I knew I wanted off of the hamster wheel of food addiction, bad money habits and low self esteem. But I didn't know how to make it stop. So I enlisted some help in the form of a support group, a 10 week course and a vocal coach. Four years later, I've abandoned the hamster wheel and walking in purpose. Sometimes moving forward requires that we simply say "IDK".
