I married into a very average lawn three seasons ago. I used to dread mowing it. There were bare spots everywhere just growing weeds. I'd kick up all this dirt. I started learning more and more, eventually doing a full renovation last fall and now I can't wait to mow. However, we've endured a hot and dry summer that has forced dormancy for the last several weeks.
