Breath Work and the Wim Hof Method for Overall Health and Wellness: A Discussion with a Breath Work and Wim Hof Instructor
In today’s episode, I have a conversation with Shereen Yusuf.  She is an engineer, health and wellness coach, breath work coach, and Wim Hof instructor.  We have an informative discussion about breath work techniques and the Wim Hof Method and how these tools can dramatically improve one’s overall heath and well-being.  We first met when she shared her extensive expertise and experience to the first Provider Wellness Symposium this past November, 2022.  We had her on the schedule both days of the conference where she gave an introduction to the Wim Hof Method followed by an experiential session where she lead a Wim Hof breath work exercise.  Following her first session, many attendees made it a point to approach me in the hallways to tell me how amazing her session was.  For this reason, I made it a point to attend her second session on Sunday and I can say that they were absolutely correct.  It was an amazing experience.  We will discuss these different techniques in this episode and I hope you enjoy the conversation as much as I did. Shereen's information:website:  www.Suda-prem.com Instagram:  @shereenyusuffemail:  [email protected] To learn about the Wim Hof Method you can go to:  www.WimHofMethod.comThe other breathing techniques were Buteyko method and Oxygen advantage. Please check back often for more episodes pertaining to health and wellness for healthcare providers and caregivers. Please send your questions to [email protected]:  providerwellnesspodcast.com Please go to providersymposium.com to learn more about The Provider Wellness Symposium. Thanks for listening and please subscribe and share this episode.
