2 Thessalonians 1 provides hope for the Christian in the Day of Judgment. When is this day? Who is judged? What happens? We get answers to our questions and warnings about God’s wrath.

1 Thessalonians 4-5 is a challenge for the church to grow. We dive into these challenges to live daily for Christ and what our motivations are for meeting them.

1 Thessalonians 1-3 is a celebration of the church’s faithfulness. We enter the conversation between Paul and the church to discover what ministry should look like and how we should understand suffering.

How should we respond when God calls us to a role or purpose? We look at God’s call of Mary to be a mom for answers. We must respond with trust, submission, and reliance.

In the time of Exile, God’s hand can be seen at work to fulfill his plan of redemption.

The period of kings teaches us about God’s judgment and his patience, mercy, grace, and forgiveness.

As we continue our survey of the Old Testament, we come to the period of settlement, Joshua—Ruth. These books contain many things to learn about God and ourselves. But we are going to focus on the encouragement that God provided Joshua and why we need that same encouragement today.

The first five books of the Old Testament tell us about the beginnings of this world and God's plan of redemption. As we look at the overview of God's story, we'll focus on the story of the flood to see what we can learn about God and about us.

He is Risen! We look at the resurrection of Jesus, why we can believe it, and what it means for us.

Jesus visits Jerusalem as the conquering king. But he doesn’t fit the Jews expectations. We must see the Triumphal Entry against the background of our own worship and acceptance of Jesus as the king.
