I’m grateful I felt uncomfortable with my shirt off

I’m grateful I never confident enough to talk to girls

I’m grateful I got picked on

I’m grateful I made so many mistakes along this journey

IM GRATEFUL FOR MY PATH

BECAUSE IF I DIDN’T GO THROUGH THAT I WOULDN’T BE WHO I AM

I would be satisfied too easily

I would be complacent too often

I would love being average too much

It’s weird what got me started on my journey was just wanting to fit in and now want to do anything but fit in…

This journey taught me Self reliance, Discipline, Patience

And now my coaching program

Never thought I would be doing what I’m doing now

I never thought fitness would take me to where I’m at

But that’s the power and effect it had on me, it gave such fucking purpose and still give me purpose everyday

Now it’s my mission to teach as many guys as I can about this life because I’m telling you this shit will change your FUCKING LIFE !!
