THIS WAS KEEPING ME STUCK I was unhappy I was plateaued I was small I felt weak I felt fucking useless I felt like anything could hurt me I felt like I couldn’t protect anyone I felt like everything I said to a girl she would reject me Who was responsible for this? Who made me feel this way? It wasn’t the kids who picked on me It wasn’t my parents It was THAT GUY IN THE MIRROR We all look for someone to blame or find an excuse YOU ARE THE REASON YOU ARE STUCK RIGHT NOW LOOK IN THE MIRROR THATS YOUR BEST FRIEND AND YOUR WORST ENEMY I WASN’T MAKING PROGRESS Because I was lazy… because I didn’t want to change my habits, I didn’t want to learn how to track calories, I didn’t want to go to the gym and be a new lifter, I didnt want to watch other people thrive while I was this fat out of shape kid.. But that person thinking those thoughts is what kept me as that person You want to level the fuck up…you need to change the way you think…you need to change what you do on a daily basis Cause what your doing right now ISN’T CUTTING IT! This starts with MASSIVE ACTION TOWARDS YOUR GOALS! I kept reading and watching videos but I never fu&king did anything about it.. YOU WANT ABS! START TAKING ACTION! You can read all the info I have out there, you can listen to my podcast, read all the info in the world, HIRE A COACH EVEN, and still be stuck because you didn’t take action

Time for a little tough love gentlemen Stop it with keto Stop it with low-carb Stop wasting your money buying mass gainer shakes These are not the solution to your problems I know you reading this might be struggling with staying consistent on your diet Getting in enough food, eating throughout the day, just sticking to something that actually works Your having doubts now thinking this just isn’t for you After you fell off you say things like “Why should I even bother…I’m happy with how I look anyway” Now you have convinced yourself your “content” with where your at This is normal, because when we aren’t good at something as humans, we are drawn away from it But I know for a fact… You want those shirts fitting tighter, arms hugging the sleeves, so no more baggy shirts YOU ARE CONFIDENT in whatever you wear You want to that waitress to be flirty with you and you’re not even trying You want to be comfortable in your own skin…your tired of talking about it…YOU WANT TO DO But with these diets that reality can’t become possible because it’s not sustainable Yeah you might see results quickly in a few weeks, but what does it matter if your going to lose the results just as fast ? Does this sound familiar bro? You can’t cut out a whole food group or depend on a supplement strictly and expect to continue that Diet LONG TERM! The solution to this is TO NOT CUT OUT THOSE FOODS YOU ENJOY ! THIS IS CALLED FLEXIBLE DIETING So I gotchu man! 3 tips how to implement flexible dieting and start seeing results 1. DESTROY what you have learned previously about other diets, those thoughts will only hold you back, be open minded. 2. Every Food we consume is calories are the end of the day. So if you want to put on size eat the proper amount of calories and you will grow!! 3. Just because your trying to grow doesn’t mean you eat like garbage !! Keep it clean 80% of the time and the other 20% of the time enjoy some of the food! Have that pizza, ice cream! This will not only help you start to build a healthier relationship with food but this will give you more FREEDOM!

I USED TO HATE MY VOICE!! Every time I would turn on a video of me speaking Immediately start cringing at the sound of my voice “Is that me?” I would try to mute it or go past it as fast as possible It just always was weird to me hearing how I sounded on the outside perspective So getting into this whole online coaching space it was something I had to overcome There was no way I could connect with my audience if I wasn’t speaking on camera So one day I said “Fuck it” And posted on my stories, scared of what people would think and how my voice would sound This was hindering from me being the BEST I COULD BE! Because the real me LOVES to TALK I will chat with anyone for days if I could Now hearing myself speak is routine for me But that’s because I realized it wasn’t me that hated my voice it was my perception of what other people thought Once I came into alignment with it, and realized no body hates my voice and I shouldn’t either… BOOM I started posting in stories, made vlogs, I just got super uncomfortable Now I have a fucking podcast where I help you guys reach your fitness goals….a kid who cringed at the sound of his own voice I love hearing myself talk, I’ll say it! And if you don’t love the way you sound that’s a PROBLEM! CAUSE YOUR VOICE IS YOU !! And If I can come from cringing and hating the way I sounded to now letting my voice be heard to start impacting others… THERE IS NOTHING THAT CAN HOLD YOU BACK! Right now you think there is a limit to what you can do! BUT ITS NOT TRUE!! limits exist once you start putting one on for yourself! “Oh I can’t lose this weight” , “I don’t have time”, “I can’t put on size”, “my metabolism is too fast” BULLSHIT GET OUT OF YOUR OWN HEAD! YOU CAN DO ANYTHING! Now start working towards those goals you thought you couldn’t achieve

I can’t believe I’m saying this But dude straight up it’s been lonely lately man I feel like people think that because I’m a fitness coach and make all this motivational content that I’m always happy and don’t feel any other emotion Far from the truth brotha I’m making content, im at the gym working on my own fitness and I’m working on client programs That’s a massive amount of time by myself And I’m just as human as you reading this right now But I’m not looking for you to feel sorry for me I’m letting you know that if you’re feeling this way it’s okay!! Let it build you, let actually be an opportunity for you to control your mind to have positive conversations with yourself Learn things about yourself you couldn’t learn with distractions around you And know that it’s temporary I know one day that these grind hours are going to pay off for my future family and my brand I’m willing to make that daily sacrifice I’m so fucking confident that the future will be what I want it to be that loneliness right now doesn’t bother me It might’ve phased the past version of myself but I have a vision in my head that will become a reality if your feeling lonely right now my man if your going to the gym and trying to reach a grind it out, trying to get your food in…it’s a lonely process… You need to remember why you started, remember how good it’s gonna feel when you have that 6 pack, when you fill out those t-shirts, when finally can look in the mirror and be proud. HOLD ONTO THAT FEELING. OBSESSES OVER THAT FEELING! Because homie…you are gonna reach your goal it’s not gonna be easy, not a lot of people are gonna cheer you on But fuck I believe SO HARD THAT YOU GOT THIS!
