Hey 2020, Go Fork Yourself!
This podcast ended years ago and WAY too soon for this gal, but since it’s 2020 currently and this year is Murphy’s Law if ever a year could be... Ill just tell 2020 to F off. As for this pod, I would love to get an update episode! ♥️

Poor Tim Ferriss
Tim Ferriss has become one of the highest-rated podcaster. This woman kept interrupting him throughout his interview. Couldn't listen. She's awful.

Very disappointed with the podcast. I’m a longtime fan of Andrew Zimmern's show so I was looking forward to hearing some in depth food discussions from a seasoned travel host. However, most of the episodes are completely directionless and mainly consist of you, the listener, just eavesdropping on a conversation between AZ and Molly. They take forever to stop the small talk and niceties when they first get on the phone with each other and then once they finally start the show, they will often go on long winded tangents and end up spending majority of the show being off topic. The dynamic is totally off between the two and it does not seem like they are co-hosts rather she is his assistant/intern and they are just catching up about the events of the week. Absolutely no structure to the podcast and they do not engage the listener at all.

I love this podcast and hope it comes back soon.

Sound quality too bad to listen to
I couldn't even get through 15 minutes of the "Whole30 with Melissa Hartwig." The sound quality and balancing is absolutely awful. Could barely understand Andrew Zimmern - he sounded like he either was 10' away from the mic or had it smashed in his face. And Molly Mogren was astoundingly shrill and loud.

Audio bacon!
The topics always fascniate me, whether discussing politics of restaurant reviews or answering requests for kitchen dilemnas. While Andrew Zimmern is listed first, the real star of this podcast is Molly Mogren. She is the audio bacon of the podcast. With a bright voice and a knack for chiming in with questions or direction at just the right moment, she is a great counterpoint to the oft-too-low voice of Andrew. (She is also the more positive of the two.) Knocked off a star for language at times, can't listen when kids are around. The admittedly rare foul language often seems forced and out of place.

One of my favorite shows
I always look forward to the next show. You provide some of the best local content out there and have great insights into the food scene. Besides food, there is always something for the non-food enthusiast to get out of each show. Good luck Andrew with all your shows and to Molly with all of your Hey Eleanor happenings! Always a great listen. Thanks!

Thinks you should go on more culinary adventures and fewer uninformed political rants

Thank you for a journey
Honesty!! Thanks for a podcast that is clear, the opinions and speech uncensored, but most of all, as someone just getting into the food business.... Educational! Yes great taste is a must! Yes it's a tough job! NO! It's not going to be glamorous!! But the stories!!! The life!! The art!! The connection between people and their food is what we all can share. Molly, Andrew, and @BethKGibbs, bring us that with every episode! Thank you!

Wasted time, wasted talent
Andrew and Molly are smart enough, but a quick scan through all of their episodes demonstrates that they waste gobs of time talking about irrelevant stuff. Or marginally relevant stuff that they drag out. These gabs are typical and they are very self indulgent. It takes minutes to get into the substance of each show. You can sometimes fast forward several minutes into the show, only to hear them flapping their gums about boring material only relevant to their respective significant others. Get an editor, guys.

Love it!!
This a a great podcast. I love listening to the banter back and forth with Andrew and Molly. The have great guests as we'll.

WHY SO MANY F*BOMBS?
The 1 star rating comes because the need of Andrew Zimmern to drop F*bombs. This is a podcast about FOOD, why the need for potty humor? I understand that food podcasts are mostly listened to by those over 21, but some of those over 21 have small ears in the car that might be paying attention. I cringe every time that AZ thinks he needs to use a sentence enhancer, like Sponge Bob, to sound cool. This podcast can be entertaining. At time the podcast does drag with just some babble.

good work.
Love the show very entertaining. Great mix of solid food topics and horsing around type talk radio. I think the opening song could use a change kind of puzzling. I have liked all your podcasts up until the James Dean episode that guy was so difficult to listen to someone should've told that guy to lay off the cocaine before the show. Keep up the good work

from a fellow Bizarre Foods lover
I LOVE Andrew on Bizarre Foods but I am not a fan of his liberal social justice ideals and I have never even heard of the girl he has on this show!

Keep listening!
They grow on you or maybe they just grew on me. I finished listening to the Guy Fieri interview and the show was very good. I enjoy the banter, don't mind any cussing. Both hosts together are good and likable and worth the listen. I am serious. Plus they are kind of a kick in the rear and so is Guy F.

how have I missed this podcast for so long?
Bizarre Foods has never been my show -- it started out as a combo of a 12-yr.old's fascination with "ugh" foods with a focus on the "exotic" of other countries, and with that all the offensive Orientalist, post-colonialist, Suzie Wong-ist stereotypes that cling to this dated anthropological view of the non-white world as "other". I prefer to look at commonalities. Even as Zimmern's show shifted to the more "Gee whiz" look at regional favorites, it just does not grab me. But Zimmern and co-host Molly Mogren do an informative podcast with a balance of sn1ark, foodist-ness and fun to surpass the many other food podcasts available! Listen up.

Recently caught up on 80% of the shows
I have just recently started listening to Go Fork Yourself, and I really really like the show. It took me awhile to catch up, and soem episodes are more interesting to me than others. But, regardless every show is a good show! And whoever disses Molly Mogren is an idiot and meany! Good luck on your 360 challenge Molly! Stay safe in your travels Andrew and Molly! Great show!

I was brought hear because I searched for Eddie Huang podcasts.
How awesome would this podcast still be if Andrew had to leave Molly by herself to film bizarre foods? 4 grey stars for the horrible co-host. Andrew Zimmern gets the one shining star. Very insightful, even when I don't side with his arguments sometimes. Put a fork in that chick, asap. Or turn her mic off.

Stitcher Awards | Beats & Eats
Andrew, I am a fan of your work but never heard of the GO FORK YOURSELF Podcast. We were both nomintated for the Annual Stitcher Awards for BEST FOOD AND WINE SHOW - my podcast is Beats & Eats Podcast. Since I saw your show logo next to ours (I was so psyched BTW), it made me listen to this show and I've been so pleased and am now a fan. I hope you'll check out our show. We'd love to maybe have you as a guest on our show & maybe you can come on ours??? Either way, best of luck in Stitcher Awards and hopefully we or my co-host (Ty Ray) can meet you at the ceremony in San Fran... PS: I subscribed to your show. :)

Mixed quality
I'm a fan of Andrew Zimmern and listened to several "episodes" of the podcast. I think that he has interesting things to say about food but the podcast really drags because of the co-host, Molly. I'm sure she does great in behinds-the-scenes stuff but she shouldn't be behind the microphone. If you've ever seen Zimmern with Anthony Bourdain, then you'd know how the personality and skills of people can make a big difference in entertaining and educating an audience.

Not so Much
Loved the first few episodes but was not aware this is a political podcast. I was offended as a conservative when they started trashing Sarah Palin and Michelle Bachman. This was in very poor taste and not considerate of all your listeners. I will not be listening again.

I think this is a fantastic podcast- so fun!! Great way to get industry gossip- they are usually one step ahead of the rest... And honest about it!

Love this Podcast. Good info and lots of fun.

Nice show, but...
Some good candid, off the cuff commentary, but Molly has an annoying "word frying/croaking" vocal delivery which has afflicted many young women and is like fingernails on a chalkboard. Are chalkboards even used nowadays?

Love Andrew and Molly!
So I've read a few reviews and they're right, the sound is sketchy but it never bothered me because I assumed that Andrew was on the road and talking to us via Skype, and the audio through skype isn't always the greatest. But it doesn't really matter because you can hear everything he says perfectly. I have completely fallen in love with this podcast. I enjoy Molly's and Andrew's stories (even the ones that have nothing to do with food). I've also gotten a lot of good information about restaurants and the various food I've been eating. The fact that a lot of beef is cut with horse and/or pig was a big eye opener. Keep it up you guys! Love you both!

Bad
Wow, this is pretty awful. The sound quality is atrocious, the host is clearly an egomaniac, and the whole thing just acts as a commercial for Zimmern's book.

Great for the car!
We enjoy these podcasts while traveling. Listening to Andrew and Molly is a great way to pass the time and and also learn a few things as well.

Really like Zimmern, Don't like him interviewing assisstant.
I started listening to this Podcast because I like Andrew Zimmern and his take on food. However I was disappointed to listen to this thing, which has so far just been Andrew laxidasically interviewing Molly who seems to be his assistant about her boring day. The quality sounds like they used a tape recorder too. I mean really, this is a Podcast called Go Fork Yourself with Andrew Zimmern and I'm listening to 30 minutes about some chick blab on about a ski trip. What. The. Hell. I will skip ahead most of the Podcasts and see if he gets it together at some point, if so I'll update this review.

This one of the best podcast out there. Andrew and Molly are the BFF's I want to hangout with.

Great
Love the podcast usually. The James Beard award was a little sleepy. A five min recap of the awards would have sufficed. That said, looking forward to future episodes.

The perfect bite
Go fork yourself is a podcast for the food enthusiast. Topics are never dull and the insight from the hosts can be taken seriously because of their backgrounds and passion for food. Andrew Zimmern brings his James Beard award winning personality and invites you to have a chat. Molly Mogren, though relatively unknown, pairs nicely with Andrew and sometimes seems to be the icing on the cake. This whole podcast is like sitting down with a couple well informed friends and talking about one of the most important and interesting things in the world, food. There are few things left in this world that bring us together, I'm so glad food is one of them. Thanks for all your insight and knowledge guys, keep up the good work.

Spicy and Bland Don
Though Andrew is a spectacular host---funny, charming and dynamic, Molly's bland, uninteresting replies, lack of insight and dead voice make this unbearable. If Andrew finds a co-host who can pull her weight I would consider it again.

Sexy feet not required to listen?
Go Fork Yourself > pie. Well maybe not apple pie but pretty close.

Real opinions
This is the full-on AZ. Andrew gives his honest views and opinions of things going on in the food, travel and tv worlds. Molly keeps things on track, but she also has her own opinions. This is a great weekly conversation between two people who obviously understand each other.

Food lovers lend them your ears!
This is a great podcasts for all who love food. The hosts are charming and personable with great on-air chemistry. The conversations are full of fun food facts, cool new places to dine and Zimmerman’s humorous and delightful adventures in the food world and life in general. It is fun and quirky and definitely worth a listen or three.

Great show
I love Andrew zimern nd I like how he is able to come across as a relatable, normal guy. The episodes are very natural, and they seem like a conversation. With this show, there's always something you can relate to. Overall great show

spoiled brats..
shut up about sound quality, content comes first, and chemistry. they have both and will get better. get your own podcast about how to whine and complain about people trying something new, so i can bash your mickey mouse mic. love u both! please ignore the cubicle rats who have nothing to look forward to except giving new podcasts 2 stars for a "lame mic" GRRRR!!!!
Bigonate
What?
Some funny content here. But the sound quality stinks! There are so many good podcasts out there with quality production to choose from there is no need to suffer through this.

great podcast
I like anything Andrew does. This one is good and fun to listen to

Meh
I listened to a few episodes, but i'm not a real fan of it. Something about this guy is off putting. It feels very Midwestern ( obviously) and strangely feels a lot like someone trying to promote themselves. There doesn't seem to be a whole lot of substance here beyond an opinion and then mocking everyone of a different opinion.
Kingoftown36
Good Eats!
The complaints about the sound quality, I must address. It's not a very professional sound, certainly, but it's not like you can't make out what they are saying. We can hear them, but for those who are describing it as not listenable are not being fair. I find it very entertaining. Very casual, very friendly, very matter of fact. And they discuss food, which I can never get enough of in terms of conversation. I'm in love with this podcast. Give it a listen, friends.
