It is very important to have a crystal clear picture of what you want to have or accomplish. Visualize your arrival. For now, all you need is an aiming point. You'll follow it up with action later. For the moment, you need to focus. It's easy to get lost when you have ten different goals, are feeling overwhelmed and confused, and are caught juggling too much. That won't get you anywhere. Be exact, be specific, be clear. And remember, don't get in your way! When your beliefs are aligned with your desire, a new direction will show up, solutions will appear and answers will come to you. Beliefs → Thoughts → Feelings → Actions = Outcomes Everything we perceive, interpret, create, and experience as our reality is filtered through what we believe is or is not possible. We know the value of setting goals: long-term goals, short-term goals, daily goals, monthly goals, personal goals, organizational goals, ten-year goals, lifetime goals, etc. Goal-setting is a powerful process and it helps us focus our energy and concentrate on the end result we seek.

" You don't need to know how you'll get there; you need to know where you want to go" You don't need to know how you're going to get there, but you need to know where you want to go. If you want to lose fifty pounds, you've got to know the fifty pound part — the number and the goal. You don't need to know how much water you need to drink nor how many calories you need to burn and eat each day yet. If you just say I want to lose weight, that's not a target. That's not a specific goal. You need to know where the arrow is going to hit before you let it fly. You don't need to know exactly how the air is moving and the arrow's resistance or anything like that. You need to simply keep your eye on the target. The world behaves differently when you actually take action to go after what you want. Your dreams begin to manifest. What you are seeking starts to move in your direction.
