Motivation can be really hard, procrastination can rear its ugly head and you basically stick you head in the sand hoping somehow it will all sort itself out. Being sick the last two weeks was tough but what it allowed me to do was really re evaluate my life and how I show up as a business owner and for my personal brand.

Being part of the amazing Manifestation Collective has really helped me with like minded women and also having access to incredible masterclasses. I chat about the Embody Your New Identity In Business that I have been taking part in and its really helped me to stop overthinking and just taking action. Being authentic and showing up as myself.
