We’re going to talk about intergenerational trauma and how substance use is often passed down between family members along with trauma. We'll talk to a grandmother and granddaughter about their family journey with substance use as well as Laura, who will share her experience with intergenerational substance use.

In this episode you’ll meet Brad and Daniel. Both men are in their own recovery from substance use and now share their experiences in an effort to educate the public about substance use and addiction. They'll talk about the way stigma has impacted their experiences of seeking support.
