The lost and saved will die and will leave their body on this earth while their soul and spirit will go into eternity. Scriptures plainly tell us that the spirit and soul of believers will go to their heavenly father while the spirit and soul of unbelievers will go to hell. This message gives many Biblical proofs of this fact. DO NOT DISREGARD THIS TRUTH! Your eternity begins right after death!

In Genesis is the real account of Noah building a very large ship called the ark. But Noah just didn't wing the build, God gave Noah the plans, the blueprints. Just like the Lord gives the plans for our lives.

In John 18:1-14, we encounter several people, and we get to see through their eyes how they view Jesus. Judas has gifts without grace. Peter has zeal without understanding. Caiaphas speaks truth without faith. But at the center of the story stands Jesus Christ, who knows exactly what awaits Him and yet steps forward willingly to give Himself for His people. In this passage, we are reminded that Christianity is not merely about being around Jesus, serving Jesus, or knowing things about Jesus. It is about trusting Him, loving Him, and giving ourselves to the Savior who first gave Himself for us.

The Lord's Prayer 11 Now Jesus was praying in a certain place, and when he finished, one of his disciples said to him, "Lord, teach us to pray, as John taught his disciples." 2 And he said to them, "When you pray, say: "Father, hallowed be your name. Your kingdom come. 3 Give us each day our daily bread, 4 and forgive us our sins, for we ourselves forgive everyone who is indebted to us. And lead us not into temptation."

The New Covenant gives us more than a new heart—it gives us a true and intimate knowledge of God, complete forgiveness, and unshakable assurance through the finished work of Christ. Our salvation does not rest on the quality of our performance but on the sufficiency of Christ's sacrifice: He takes our guilt and gives us His righteousness. And because Christ has come, the shadows of the Old Covenant have given way to the substance, as the once-for-all sacrifice of Jesus accomplishes what the old system could only point toward.

This section of Hebrews continues the theme of Jesus Christ bringing His sons to glory by teaching how Jesus conquered Satan and the power of death. We cover numerous Biblical texts from the Old and New Testament that fill out the details of God's work in Christ to free us from slavery. Jesus' death was to defeat death and set His sons and daughters free from the fear of death. We cite the original temptation which led to sin and death as found in Genesis 3. Jesus in His humanity rendered Satan's lie powerless over those who trust in Christ. Our text mentions the 'seed' of Abraham which recounts the promises given to Abraham that he would have many descendants. This seed is spiritual not simply biological. Many of Abraham's descendants did not have saving faith. Then the important topic of Jesus as our great High Priest is introduced which is a key theme in Hebrews. Because of His suffering, He is merciful and able to "take hold of" His own to bring them to Himself. This includes propitiation which implies averting God's wrath and receiving cleansing from sin. He comes to our aid and gives access to the throne of grace where can find grace and help.
