Episode 5- This week I am joined by my gorgeous cousin Jess who lost her dad (my uncle) to cancer. Chris was an incredible family man, he was always laughing and joking and was super proud of his children. Jess was only 18 when she lost him which is an unimaginable pain if you have never lost a parent. Jess speaks openly and honestly about her struggle to process grief as well as the importance of friends and family in devastating situations like this.
