This week we had the pleasure of speaking with Dr. Allison Brager, a neurobiologist and sleep expert who is currently enlisted and working with the US Army. Dr. Brager got her PhD from Kent State University where she specialized in sleep during periods of extreme environmental stress like jet lag, sleep deprivation, and high volumes of exercise. Allison is also the author of the book Meathead: Unraveling the Athletic Brain (among other novels that you'll have to listen to find out about).
