Gods word
I absolutely love listening to the word of God as it is read by Mr. G. His voice, as he reads this living book is a calm in the troubled day. Thank you Mr. G. for taking your time to be a blessing to others.

I listen every night before bed. I absolutely love this podcast and wish Dr Gorka would continue reading after the Gospels.

What a great way to make sure you are hearing God’s Word every day, read by the velvet voice of Dr. Sebastian Gorka. An excellent podcast and at just the right time.

Getting with Gorka getting with God
Lovely idea. Lovely voice. Lovely place to begin the Bible. Another sign our nation is turning - returning - to the true, the beautiful, the eternal.

In the Beginning...the Word...excellent beginning
What a promising way to begin this podcast and to hear Scripture’s central story of who the Creator is, was, and always will be, the revealing of God’s wonderful character full of grace and truth. God Himself is our greatest reward. To know God and to experience His love and to be redeemed to love as God first loves us. Scripture is God’s word to us and Jesus is the Word, the Logos, to whom and through whom God rescues and restores humans made in His image. Therefore, first two chapters of John’s gospel are an excellent place to begin as John speaks of the beginning, just as the first book of the Hebrew Scriptures is named Genesis, the beginning. Herein today’s reading also speaks of a wedding feast, pointing to the great and joyful wedding feast yet to come. The reading also acknowledges the current state of human nature and thus our need for the Lord. Listen and hear Jesus’ invitation. “Come and see.” and perhaps even “Follow Me.”
