While riding his motorbike through a traffic light intersection 15 years ago, Callan Hume’s life changed in an instant when a driver ran a red light and crashed into him.​ In this episode Callan speaks openly about his emotions, including his feelings around the driver that crashed into him. Thirty years ago at the end of a white-water rafting trip, engineering graduate Paul Allen was still wet from being in the water, so found himself riding atop a moving trailer as they made their way back upstream. The vehicle lost control, and the trailer flipped with Paul trapped underneath. His head collided with a concrete culvert.
