Excellent simple, useable description of German grammar.

Great course she covers all the grammar but she speaks too fast

I have just started listening to her podcast and it's very well done! I have a very basic knowledge of beginner's grammar and her explanation really fills in the gap. Having studied English as a second language, I do believe that the grammar is an important part of language acquision process. I'm glad I have found this podcast. Thank you!

Can't thank you enough. Undoubtedly this type of quality instruction is time consuming to make. It has inspired me to really focus on my German. It's the only German/English instruction that breaks down sentence structure perfectly. The others don't do it because they don't have command of the grammar. Laura, please do more ! You are exceptionally good !

I can't say enough about how much this podcast has really helped to clarify and better my understanding of German. It really is the best supplement to any German language course; and is super convenient to listen to when ever and where ever. I've tried all the other podacasts on iTunes and this one seems to be the only that is actually aimed at helping you learn the language and not just pick up a few key words and phrases. Thanks so much and keep up the good work Laura.

These lessons are a good review for German students but I don't think they'd be helpful for absolute beginners. German grammar can be pretty complicated! Laura packs a lot of information into each lesson and always gives good examples. She also has a great personality; friendly and helpful. I find myself listening to some of the episodes over and over again, picking up new information each time. If you're studying German, this is the podcast to get!

This German Podcast is ESSENTIAL for people who are trying to learn german, and with the guidelines Laura presents, it almost makes it easy to learn the grammar. I AM native german (speak german fluently) and I've been looking for something that'll help with teaching my Husband to learn the language. This Grammar Pod has what it takes and is CORRECT- unlike some others I' ve listened to. So, thank you Laura. Really Great Job.

A nice, concise review of German grammar, good for beginners or people who are advanced, but struggling a little bit with the grammar. Very helpful rules, and the information is also on her website. Highly recommended.

Not for beginners. My only complaint: She talks WAY too quickly. Otherwise, very good.

Love the explanations, but she speaks just too fast. I speak a bit of German, but would like to understand Grammer better. Although her explanations are wonderful, she speaks too fast to grasp what she is saying. Please slow down. Remember, you are teaching. Otherwise, don't stop.

I have been enjoying this podcast quite a lot lately. I only wish it were updated more often... But it is definitely really great to have some good German language material for my iPod.

The speaker's accent is extremely British (when speaking German) and sometimes a bit difficult to understand. She has a good vocabulary, but still needs a little help on proper usage of Akkusativ and Dativ. She can speak very good German, but it would be better if it was done by a native speaker.

Beautifully done. Densely packed with information thoughtfully organized, high sound quality (a bit of a rarity in podcasting), information presented in context of real world experience, not to mention a rather sexy voice. An extraordinary resource. Thank you for doing this.

The pronounciation is slightly, (by my perspective) different from what I consider to be correct, but a concise grammatical explanation of German nonetheless.

I am just teaching myself German with books and Podcast, and so far so good. I downloaded this podcast in hopes of learning more about German grammar. I found that I could understand most of what she was talking about so I think it is going to be a very useful podcast as I progress in my learning. However, there is just one problem. She Speaks very fast, in fact too fast. I am a native english speaker and the rate at which she speaks is just way to fast. So though I think this is a good podcast, I warn first timers to be prepared for the speed at which she speaks.

love this podcast and her way of explaining things in a way that caters to an english speakers understanding of language. because of how thoroughly she covers each subject, some more examples would be welcome.

Great for any level student of German

Fabulous grammar lessons: precise and yet prioritized. She boils down the points you need to know into concise lessons, and saves tons of time by telling you what to skip. I'm combining with spoken lessons from Deutsche Welle -- seems like a good combo.

Presenter knows German and can explain it simply. Great English accent! A bit verbose, presentation could be edited. Vielen dank!

The instructor is precise and clear in her explanations, without being too dry. Grammar can be boring but she manages to hold your attention throught the entire podcast. This is not for total beginners. You should have taken at least an entry-level German course to benefit from this.
