Boring podcast. ITS tactical is dwindling into the boring tactical not really informative or entertaining. Y’all need to care about the content again. Otherwise you will dissipate like a protein fart. You embed into walls, wont go away and no one wants you around.

New listener here. Nice organization by topic: easy to pick and choose episodes, and the hosts stay on topic while still letting things drift if appropriate. Good back and forth pattern between the two hosts makes it fun to listen. And thank you for not going on and on for an hour at a time! 4 stars because there are some slight issues with fact checking. Despite that, I really like the show & guarantee I’m going to continue listening. Details: “A light that’s red for starboard, and you have a green light for the port side.” Sorry, it’s just the opposite. This was not corrected. “3 dots & then 3 dashes is the universal sign for help.” This is mistaken too, and the correct info was given later but not highlighted as a correction. Slips of the tongue like this can be fixed after the fact (using any of a couple different methods). The off the cuff manner is part of the charm of the show. I’m not advocating going nuts & ‘overproducing’ it. The errors overall seem few & far between.

Glad I found this podcast. I’ve gone back and listened to them all, so now I’m always anticipating the next release. Don’t forget to check out the ITS store also!

I started listening to GTR a year ago and always find myself coming back for more. You guys go further to keep your listeners as in the know as possible. Unlike other podcasts you guys leave the possibility of interpretation and adjustability and express that this field is a case-by-case concept. Good work Rob and Bryan.

Funny and in depth discussions about conceptual survival situations and preparedness. Listening to these guys not only entertains and informs me but allows me to save a few bucks by living vicariously through their OCD instead of mine. Keep it up.

Just take a look at the episode names and you’ll want to binge them all! You guys have put out a lot of great content - I’ve gone back through and listened to episodes multiple times to take notes. Looking into classes with Lone Star (would love to hear another episode with Caleb) and getting into HAM.

I’ve been listening/watching from the early YouTube videos and was hooked from then. Good tips and tricks to make your EDC, next adventure, or enduring a disaster better.

These guys are woefully underrated. My family and I are much more prepared to handle disasters and emergency situations thanks to the powerful information Brian and Rob put forward. Not to mention the excellent products on their website. I listen to podcasts everyday and I'm flabbergasted that I hadn't found them sooner.

Solid products that solve the problems you don’t even know you have. Discussions, while focused on gear and items they sell, art not sales pitches. At the very least every episode will make you stop and think. Well done, keep up the great content!

I’ve been binge listening to this podcast for a couple months now on my 2 hour commute. The the humor and awesome stories keep me laughing and make the drive go faster. Keep up the good work, ITS.

Before I found this podcast, I was unaware of how woefully bleak my own existence was. I was adrift in a sea of my own stupidity. Forever a castaway in the straits of ignorance on a ship of mediocrity. However, in the distance was a bright beacon of light (and hope). It beckoned forth and I sailed from dangerous squalls into the calm waters of knowledge. What was this life saving miracle of nautical symbolism?! Gear Tasting Radio. Don’t be like I was! No! Instead, give this podcast a listen, join the ITS Crew, and become something more!

Several things.....for one, they stick to a short time frame. It's my number one pet peeve. They stick to topics. They have good material they cover. Key points, key topics, sticks to the point, short.....a perfect podcasts. Thanks Guys!!! David AA6RV

Treat your earholes to knowledge and humor. You will not be disappointed.

For the most part it is good. The main improvement I would like to see is a little more preparation/ “homework” before episodes. I get that it is an open conversation for the most part, but all of the “I can’t remember the name, type, etc” or “we will post it after”. It makes it a little frustrating to listen too and throws some doubt into if they really even know much about the material/ info they are providing to others.

Just all around great info!

This podcast has become my go-to car listening. You guys have a history of providing solid info and interesting ideas through your written pieces, and the podcast has been an awesome continuation of that tradition. I look forward to each new episode.

One of my favorite podcasts I listen to, they do a phenomenal job of presenting the all too often forgotten mindset and understanding behind having gear or guns. They have practical advice and recommendations that are very reasonable and applicable to daily life and carry, not ridiculous or overpriced, unobtainable items like others. They’re realistic in their approach, providing great rationale behind the why of things. There’s a good bit of humor woven in as well to keep it entertaining but functional. They also have a great listener loyalty program too. I’ve done business with them through their store and will continue to listen and support this business and show.

Really enjoy these two. Great info and well thought out. Very much recommend. Worth it big time.

I always enjoy listening to Brian and Rob. Loads of relevant information. I always see if they have done an epsiode on something before I delve into it myself.

I've been watching ITS Tactical on YouTube for A-Long-Time. They've diversified for the better. Lots of thought has gone into their product line. One of their products is this podcast and I have to say a lot of thought goes into each episode as well. Great content makes up each episode and awesome personnel are featured on many other episodes.

This podcast is an interesting take on how we live from the perspective of equipment. Gear junkies will love it, but there are worthwhile items for everyone interspersed. Looking forward to the discussions that Harvey will spawn - inflatable rafts & small motors to keep in the attic with the axe just in case, etc...

I really enjoy this podcast. The topics are always interesting and the guys seem well informed when they get into them. I've known about ITS for a while but didn't know how much info they had online. I was aware of the store and had seem some kmot videos but didn't know about the wealth of info in all the articles on their site. Highly recommended.

Very clear topics that surround a modestly tactical life that many men and women live. They discuss gear that they personally have ran and are not afraid to give the listener their opinion. I enjoy listening and will continue to listen as long as they are on the air!

Been following the web site for a few years. This podcast needed to happen. As of the first two episodes, they are great and relevant. Nothing profound, but very applicable to every day life - to keep us and our families safe and prepared for the unplanned.

I appreciate their take on gear and, like all informational podcasts, their approach of "We use X because Y, it's a way but not the way." I'll be opening up my wallet for a membership with them shortly because the content they bring is worth it.
