Phyl is a mother, student, worker, and inspirational woman.  We find what life events put Phyl on her fitness journey and how she has lost 200 plus pounds. Her cousin Marcel from FIT.C.F is the one that told me about Phyl and how she is just you and I, just making gains and Reaching Phoenix Levels!! Zack and Dave aka DAPP are two entrepreneurs that are going to change the world not just the game. This episode is to tell you how I am dealing with death. In the last month, 2 important people have passed away. It really has made me think how when people pass away their belongings mean nothing. What really matters is the connection that we build and the energy we leave behind.   No matter how hard we try we leave behind everything physical and that is GREAT!!  We do not need anything but each other to make it in this world. Also, we need to find help when we need it. It is important to talk to people when you are dealing with hard times and or extreme hard times. I learned the hard way that talking or at least dealing with your issues is very important.  I leave advice in this episode as well. I have worked since 14 years old and experienced many different bosses. In my lifetime I only really like working with hands-on people/great leaders. I do not mind if they set in the office and just talk but I need you to get your hands dirty when need be.   I can not work with people that just talk and no action or going back and forth. Also making friends with everyone but can not tell them what to do. That is not for me lol. You should work at your job forever long you need to and what will help you.
