I’ve been on a journey through mental illness & grief over the past couple years. This podcast is my space for working through. FUTURE BARN is a series of conversations with good people & loved ones in my community about how we try to live our best lives. I ONCE WAS SOMEONE ELSE & OFTEN STILL AM is a series of recordings from my latest book of poems, using the traits of bipolar as mechanisms for making. OPPOSITES REFRACT is conversations with my gal pal Beth about dating while managing mental illness. PORCH POEMS is me reading my poems on my porch, two necessary parts of my recovery.
