You can not come out of thinking and discuss 'about' thinking. There is no one thinking. (when you say-‘I am thinking’, this itself is thinking and not the source of thinking)‘I’ can refer to anything; can describe anything (‘I’ as subject and something or other as object). This is the process of thinking. Now ‘I’ comes under the illusion as if it is the source of thinking. Can you see that ‘I’ itself arises as a thought?

There is only one step; you have to disregard silently, spontaneously the relief offered by books, gurus, techniques, various entertainments and so on against your present state, which you call unsatisfactory. Just listen or go through. there is nothing to practise or implement. The point automatically takes root while you listen or go through.
