Fitness...it's not just a product of what you eat and what you do inside the gym. It's the product of our past thoughts, actions, behavior patterns and choices all summed up together. Who you are today comes directly from who you were yesterday, the day before, etc. Therefore, to be "fully fit" opens up a conversation about constantly striving for growth. Fully Fit is an ideal state of being that we will never achieve, it's the bullseye we're all trying to hit. It's a never-ending chase that we must be willing to strive for if we are to live our best life possible.
