Having privilege means we grow up with the ability to forget about aspects of who we are. We go on about our lives easily because we represent the majority demographics of our society. If we don’t stop and think for a second to recognize the ways that we are privileged, this can hurt the people around us. In this episode, we discuss the ways that privilege does or does not show up in our lives and how to speak up on behalf of those without it. We hope you take from this episode that people with privilege are highly effective when it comes to influencing change.
