Welcome Back Everyone to Another Episode of Fuego's Honest Podcast!  I have a question for you all, How important is Emotional Intelligence to you? Throughout my life thus far, I have came across many emotions, some that were hurtful, others that brought me joy. One day I had enough of being controlled by my environment, ( which includes, people, certain natural events, and even waking up) and wondered would their be a way to either control myself in these emotions, or not let them create a reaction that could negatively effect my life, career, relationships.
