Master the game on your own terms and in your style have your business or job fit and accommodate all the levels in your life. That includes, kids, hubby, boyfriend, partner, dog, whatever... I know this to be true: Things will happen for you. You really just need to be patient and let it all unfold with ease. Release our need for control is a game-changer! You create resistance when you pull in certain directions. Let things happen in due time. Lean in to learning and let go of the grip.

She was a teen model who later became the youngest and first African American editor at Seventeen. But it's her love for wellness as a whole that truly continues to inspire her to lead a better life and to help others to do the same.
