Todays episode starts off with JK Dobbins injury, we talk about if this means the Ravens offense will be more balanced. Then we take a deep dive into the NFC north, the timetable on Aaron Rodgers, the potential in Chicago, the overall averageness in Minnesota, and the so-far-from- relevant Lions. We wrap the episode with a list of the top 10 Defensive lineman/Linebackers/Edge rushers in the NFL. 

Today we have a double whammy with the AFC west and AFC north. We start with a dissection of the AFC west,  starting with Patrick Mahomes and ending with Patrick Mahomes - just  kidding (sort of....) we talk about if Kansas City can go undefeated, the potential in Los Angeles, the lack of defense in Vegas, and the QBS in Denver. Then we quickly run through the best QB (you'll never guess who...) RB, WR, and Defense. Then a quick visit to the NBA to discuss Luka Doncic's new contract, followed by a talk on Aaron Rodger's choice to stay in Green Bay for another year (at least). Then we take a deep dive into the AFC east and dissect it top to bottom,  including, but not limited to talk about the beauty of Bills mafia, Josh Allens new deal, Bill's quaterbacks, the Brady vs Pats matchup, Tua being a college wonder, and the Jets productive offseason. We give offseason grades to each team, rank the teams, and give out awards to the best RB, QB, and WR. We rap up with a list of top 10 NFL running backs (PANTHERS FANS DONT COME AT ME). With more about the Katies and team USA basketball being a let down, and whose fault it is. Then we move onto the NBA, with a lengthy conversation about Giannis's championship (well I guess, the Bucks too, but we all know it's Giannis's trophy) and the blockbuster Russell Westbrook trade (TAKE THAT BROOKLYN).  Next NBA draft and the ever changing college football, the OU and UT moves and the money college athletes can now make. Welcome back! This weeks episode of from the RedZone is jam packed with everything from NBA history, Trae Young, and food. We start the pod off with Ben Simmons, and quickly move the blame from him to Doc Rivers. We discuss the best places for him to be next year (not you, Portland). Then Elizabeth has no idea what to say (shocking I know) as Dave dives into Kerr, Jordan, Pippen, and Duncan references while we discuss Kerr calling Durant the most gifted ever, and Scottie Pippin throwing shade at KD for not beating the Bucks and Kevin throwing it right back. Then we jump into Suns v. Clippers and Hawks v. Bucks. followed by more Aaron Rodgers drama. We close out the episode by playing a game comparing NFL players to food. This week we start by shouting out all the bosses in the NCAA WCWS tournament, especially Montana Fouts and Odicci Alexander. We then move on to the NBA playoffs and who will win each second round series, and what the losers have to change in the offseason to become a contender. Next comes talks about the teams that took an L in the first round, should the Lakers get rid of Street Clothes (AKA Anthony Davis), is Dame time over in Portland, does Luka have what it takes to be the face of the NBA, what do they need in MSG to be next level, do the Wizards need a full rebuild, and Bostons next steps. Moving to the NFL comes Julio trade thoughts and more Aaron and Love debates. Then the Broncos and Deshaun Watson and a debate about if the Chiefs go 20 - 0 or the Texans go 0 - 17. 

Our episode begins in Atlanta where their superstar WR wanting out. We discuss where Julio should want to go (Not you Chicago), where the Falcons should want him to go (We see you irrelevant AFC teams),  and who needs him the most (Green Bay and Baltimore obviously). We then move on to still more Rodgers drama and Tebow talk.  Then Love (see what I did there?) for our young QB's in discussions of Tua, Trevor, and Jordan. We then talk about teams who made the layoffs last year, but will fail to this year, then teams that missed the postseason last year, but will be in this year (is it time for the Panthers to Rhule the NFC south?). Then, to close the episode, we talk NBA playoffs and unveil our previously top - secret brackets. Elizabeth has an unloved dark horse team making it all the way, while Dave goes with a well known super team (Sit down Brookyn, it's not you). 

Today we have our first, but most definitely not the last, BASKETBALL edition of From the Red Zone.  We begin by ripping the Grizz and Spurs (and it continues through the episode), how no one wants to play the Wizards in a one game scenario, and the excitement in our household surrounding the Lakers v. Warriors game. We move on to an underrated matchup (Knicks vs Hawks), and a rematch of last year (Bucks vs Heat). Next, two MVP hopefuls face off, (Blazers vs Nuggets) and yet another rematch from last years bubble (Mavs vs Clippers). Then comes ideal matchups for the top seeded teams, east and west, a brief acknowledgement of Lamelo Ball's superiority over all other rookies, and a discussion about the most deserving candidates for DPOTY. Then a lengthy conversation about the MVP (Dave's mind firmly belongs in Golden State with Steph and the Warriors) and our choices for first team All - NBA (sorry King James). To close up the episode we talk about the ceiling of each playoff and play - in bound team. 

This week, we start out with the NFL week one slate, the games we're most excited for, America's Team versus Super Bowl Champions (and the fact that the Cowboys stand no chance), and the Browns being Super bowl ready. Then comes a debate on whether Tebow in Jacksonville is a good thing or not. (From Elizabeth - it's not. Trev's got this. DUUUVAL) Then brief mentions of Eric Fisher, Mike Gesicki, and people who love soccer more than football, even though they are getting a National championship rematch this year. Then comes an upsetting talk for the resident Packers fan, all about Devontae Adams loving Aaron more than the land of cheese and championships.
