Such an awesome podcast! Great insight into the restaurant industry. Danielle asks great questions and has some really interesting guests on her show. Some of my favorite chefs apprear on the show as well. This is informative, thoughout and really fun!

This podcast has quickly become a consistent listen for me each week. Great conversations and the host showcases a lot of different topics and perspectives each week making it a good listen for anyone interested in food, hospitality, entrepreneurship, or just stories and tidbits from interesting about their journeys.

This podcast is a 10/10. Not only is the host a great communicator, the caliber of guests that come on are experts in their industry and share real-time information that you won’t get anywhere else. I yearn for new episodes. Highly reccommend.

I love tuning in to From the Ground Up. Danielle Berg has seamlessly taken her passion and curiousity for food and the creative powerhouses behind some of New York's most beloved restaurants and bars. As a self proclaimed "take out queen" who used to view food as a means to an end, I was blown away by this podcast. Danielle has introduced me to the hearts, souls and masterfully intelligent pioneers that not only serve their communities through their love of food & drink, but also through building household name brands that beautify and electrify the dining experiences we all sometimes take for granted. This "take out queen" is now itching to be able to support the local restaurant industry--thanks to Danielle's ambition to share her guests' stories of success and their future expectations of the restaurant industry in a post Covid-19 world.
