The Sixth Ecumenical Council Did Not Condemn Monergism
In this episode, I discuss the proceedings that come from the Sixth Ecumenical Council and I read four of them for you. We see that the Sixth Ecumenical Council did not condemn Monergism, as has been said by some, but we also see other interesting things as well, such as issues regarding Papal Infallibility, the authority of the Scriptures to determine whether or not a doctrine is true, the importance of maintaining that Christ must possess every necessary attribute of the human nature, or else He is not truly a man, and finally, the Lutheran and Reformed confessions on the Son of God. All of these things are discussed in this episode.
