Mental health affects 450 million people, which is about 1 in 4 individuals. We talk to people with real stories, and professionals with expert opinions to *hopefully* inspire you to talk about this with your own friends and family. Some of the topics we’ll touch on include mental health diagnoses , sex, money, power, & politics.
