Just want to get this out of the way. For those of you who complain about him cussing, leave him alone about it. That’s who Corey is when it comes to being an effective steward. The man knows what he’s talking about. If anything, the cussing reiterates his passion for the subject matter. I enjoy the cussing because that’s how you know he’s genuine. That’s someone who needs to be heard. Aside from the cussing, please understand how important it is that we learn about our contract and how management tries to manipulate it. I’ve been a city letter carrier for 7 years. This podcast has literally told the story of things that I’ve dealt with. Lots of ups and downs. Spread this podcast. It will make your office fierce.

I’ve spent 6 years as a shop steward, 3 years as Vice President, and now as a newly elected President of a one station branch over a 20 year career as a letter carrier, this podcast is by far the best training I’ve ever seen. The reason is that it’s not a one day training seminar with a binder full of power point slides. I can easily go back to any episode for retraining. Some of the rants can be overbearing but Corey has his reasons. Every region should take note of how Corey and his brilliant team has set the standard for training not just up and coming stewards but for newly elected presidents as myself. Stay in the fight brother and don’t let the pony tail guy deter you from winning!

If that is your goal you came to the right place. Why Nalc never came up with this I can't understand. Education of postal work force is not emphasized enough. Wish I could give 10 stars.

Corey is an easy listen and gives out as much knowledge as possible. I’m lucky enough to have a top notch steward and an office where the carriers have each others backs. This is a good tool to use to help your local stewards out as well. #chessnotcheckers

Thanks so much Corey and team for all you do. When I first came to my office they were convinced I was lazy AND crazy because they didn’t know any better about protecting their routes, knowing their jobs and constantly being bullied and written up by management. Although management still tries to discipline to keep us quiet and compliant with their demands having the knowledge now it is easier for us to provide information for our steward and his superior to take the steps to get it thrown out. Thanks to you and everyone who helps you with this podcast, my coworkers have begun to learn their union provided rights. You and your team has helped to prove there is so much essential information carriers should know to protect themselves their job AND others. That together we can accomplish a lot. We have some bully carriers who brown nose management but because carriers can hear from someone else how things SHOULD be they start to stand up together. I’ve been taken into the office with steward and management saying I’ve created a hostile environment by providing them resources and information to combat a tyrant team of management. Thank you so much for providing a platform in which other carriers can listen and retain information and helping take the target off my back for teaching my brothers and sisters their given union rights!

Incredible tool for letter carriers. Reps and not alike. Corey & Co. do an amazing job educating carriers as well as spreading passion and fire for representing letter carriers. We’re not for me being able to retire in six months that podcast this podcast that I just listen to would’ve inspired me to become a Union Steward like I said I’ve only got six months left. Our office doesn’t have Union Steward Young Guns don’t want the responsibility the old ones don’t want to rock the boat. And that’s where we’re at but you keep doing what you’re doing.
