At a press conference on Sep. 24, the Multi-Ministry Task Force (MTF) announced the following measures from Sep. 27 to Oct. 24:
- Permissible group sizes for social gatherings reduced from a maximum of 5 persons to a maximum of 2 persons.
- HBL period extended Oct. 7
- Work-from-home default for this period
- Groups of up to 2 persons allowed to dine-in at regular F&B establishments if all the diners are fully vaccinated.

Here are the facts:
At a press conference on Aug. 6, the Multi-Ministry Task Force (MTF) announced that:
- Group sizes will be increased to up to 5 persons, but unvaccinated individuals are strongly encouraged to remain in groups of up to 2 persons
- F&B establishments, excluding hawker centres and coffee shops: Dining in will be allowed with group sizes of up to 5 persons if all are vaccinated
- Hawker Centres/Coffeeshop: Groups of 2 persons regardless of vaccination status
- Indoor mask-off high intensity activities and classes will be capped at 30 persons, in groups of up to five, for all vaccinated people.

At a press conference on 10 June, the Multi-Ministry Task Force (MTF) announced that in light of the recent spike in community cases, S'pore's reopening plans from 21 June have been re-evaluated.
- Group sizes for F&B dining-in reduced from 5 to 2
- Group sizes for indoor fitness activities reduced from 5 to 2
- Recorded music not allowed in F&B establishments
- Wedding receptions are still prohibited until mid-July 2021
- Working from home remains the default

At a press conference on Jun. 10, the Multi-Ministry Task Force (MTF) announced the following...
From 11 June onwards:
- Singapore citizens aged 12 to 39 years old can register for the vaccination programme
From 14 June onwards:
- Group sizes to increase to 5 pax
- Up to 5 unique household visitors a day
- Marriage solemnisations in external venues may resume for 50 pax without pre-event testing, 250 pax with pre-event testing
- Worship activities to resume for 50 pax without pre-event testing, 250 pax with pre-event testing
And 21 Juneonwards, if the situation remains under control:
- Dining-in may resume, up to 5 pax
- Indoor mask-off activities may resume, capped at 30 pax in groups of up to 5 pax
- Wedding receptions may resume for 100 pax, with pre-event testing
