Welcome to the Fresh Outta Jail Podcast! I created this right after I got out of jail to tell my story & maybe help someone in the process. I lost everything when I went to prison because of my pain pill addiction. I deal with pain due to a back issue, but I tell more of my story in my second episode. I battle things like anxiety, depression, & addiction. I talk about a variety of topics that I think most of you can relate to. I promote a healthy lifestyle & I love to grow my own food.
