Mistakes are the ground for growth and now even neuroscience proves it.
This short episode is a reflection on why we shouldn't badger ourselves when we fail. Tune in.

The year has gone by and while life was keeping me busy, I just couldn't turn away from the place that helped me this year.
In this stream of consciousness (haha) episode, I just want to say thank you to everyone who showed up here and for the learning and courage we created together.
I also talk about Brene Brown's 'The Gift of Imperfection' as we move into the new year.
Let me know what you think!
Till next year. Love and Light.

No one goes through life unscathed.
But what if we had access to the methods through which we could work on healing our body, our pain and our traumas. What if the answers to that healing came from within?
In this episode of Freebird I talk to Rita Feghaly, certified holistic health coach whose life is itself a testament to the immense power of healing that resides within us.
Join us in this conversation where we navigate her story, where we can begin our own journeys, and a surprise gift at the end which can help you get started on your own healing. Not to be missed! I look forward to hearing your thoughts on this episode!

In this episode of Freebird, we explore the domain of the well being of men. Long has pop culture and belief systems created a stereotype of how men should be raised and behave in society. Does this enable wholesome societies? What impacts does the emotional and communication bottling up cause for men and thereafter in families and society. There is so much to be navigated and I couldn't imagine doing with with anyone but Reema Ahmad.
About Reema Ahmad: Reema Ahmad is co founder of Candidly, an initiative that talks about gender, sexuality, abuse and how these manifest in culture through media. Candidly is a joint initiative with her long time friend Amita Malhotra who launched India’s first gender neutral clothing line for kids, EqualiTee.
Reema is a trained comprehensive sexuality educator, a writer and an intimacy/relationships and sexuality therapist. She began her journey in 2014 as a researcher and trainer on Child Abuse Awareness and Prevention for kids and adults. She has also worked with Counsel To Secure Justice in the area of Restorative Justice and has also counselled families of child sexual abuse survivors. Her educational background is in literature. She is also a two time TedX Speaker and has been on Josh Talks too. She writes poetry and her first book on discussing taboo topics with children is in the works with Penguin India.

Protima Sharma.
A change agent who is working towards creating a better world for her children. And for India's children.
After an impressive career in HR, she founded PeopleWiz, an HR firm that helps build organizations that are ready for tomorrow.
To me, her super power is her unique perspective and work in the arena of Child Welfare in India. Her inner strength and resilience in navigating a difficult subject matter and finding the ways in which we can contribute is worth celebrating.
Tune in to hear from her about the adoption systems in India, the challenges and solutions that will create a better nation for all of us.
