Should kids be aware of the decisions that people are mainly about their gender? Should kids be allowed to choose that at the young ages they are being exposed to with?

Everyone has the free right to choose who or what they want to be. Is it also their freedom to step on my free speech and make certain demands as far as what I can and cannot call them? Is it really constitutional to leave misgendering as a hate crime?
