Update on our week:    Welcome back to another episode of Free Form Radio.  The guys start out by discussing the political landscape as it sits currently with the drama surrounding Parler being shut down by the big tech/social media corporations.  How much power should a company hold over the people's ability to speak their mind?  Please let us know your thoughts on the current social media/political situation with censorship and cancellations.   Andy informs us about "Project Veritas" which is a group that exposes the truth about news media and certain hot topics.  This group was able to infiltrate CNN meetings that disclosed certain information which could be interpreted as a premeditated attack on certain individuals by means of slander or misrepresentation of the facts.   The guys firmly believe in doing your own research instead of taking any one person's word for anything.  It is of vital importance we take control of how and where we receive information on the world from news media outlets and protect ourselves from biased articles and misinformation.   Daniel and Andy make some good points on how double standards exist between the "left/right" leaning political parties.  When one side of the political party commits questionable acts, it is seen in a positive light, but when the opposing side commit similar actions, it is scrutinized, criticized, and downright hypocritically condemned.  This comes after the media and political influencers previously preached about "unity", which seems to be the farthest thing happening in America today.  We hope that things will improve between Americans and that we can find a compromise that allows for us to move forward stronger and better prepared for what may come.   To wrap things up, the guys discuss the transition in Presidential office from Donald Trump to Joe Biden.  Regardless of who you support or which side you lean on, it comes down to everyone finding peace and accepting our differences so we can move towards a prosperous future and happier times for us, the American people.     Warning: May have Strong Language and Content.   ========== Thank you to everyone who enjoys what we do.  If you like what we do, please spread the word of our show. Update on our week:  Welcome back to another episode of Free Form Radio.  In this episode, Andy talks about having AT&T which includes a subscription to HBO Max.  The guys discuss the Streaming Wars and shed light on how HBO Max is struggling with WB Media wishing to use them to air their content in hopes of elevating the platform.  The year 2021 looks to be filled with many Triple A rated movies releasing on the streaming platform.  The disparity between subscribers is evident when comparing HBO Max to streaming giant Netflix and even relatively new-comer Disney Plus.   The film industry in general has been feeling the strong effects of Covid on their bottom line profit.  Do you think the industry will bounce back or are they relegated to relying on their subscriber base and the revenue that streaming can provide? Andy talks about watching the Roy Jones Jr vs Mike Tyson fight and how they felt about the event.  Daniel was pleasantly surprised that Mike Tyson still has some gas left in the tank.  Let us know your thoughts on this fight and if you believe Tyson should have another exhibition fight based on his performance against Jones Jr. The guys even discuss the novelty boxing fight between Jake Paul vs Nate Robinson.  Do you think fights like those ruin the legacy that the sport of boxing has built up? Daniel had some Star Wars binging and watched Clone Wars in preparations for The Mandalorian.  Andy himself wants to view what Star Wars has to offer, but with a lot of the political drama surrounding some of the cast of the Mandalorian, it can be a turn-off when all you wish to do is view something to distract yourself from the politics that seem to be so prevelant in entertainment today. This week we start with Daniel who discusses watching the classic horror movie Poltergeist, which to our surprise, Andy has never seen.  Did you watch any iconic horror films this Halloween day?Daniel talks about having watched Console Wars, a documentary on Amazon Prime about Sega's war against Nintendo and the marketing that went into each console to entice people to pick their console over the competition. Andy discusses "Fact Checking" with the election on everyone's mind.  He goes into detail on different websites that have been dedicated to checking the facts on other articles and news publications.  It is especially a hot topic as we discuss Alex Jones getting "fact checked" during his appearance on Joe Rogan's podcast, the Joe Rogan Experience. Noel shares how he spent his Halloween watching a marathon of Horror greats.   He discusses his love of the horror film genre and how his early exposure as a kid made him more tolerant of the scary and gory films that are out there.  Noel talks on how he finally got around to beating Diablo 3 and his passion for the Diablo Universe after playing Diablo 2 as a kid.
