This podcast is the verbal reading of the blog posts https://fragmentsofexistenceblog.wordpress.com/ about healing from the trauma of verbal, mental, and emotional abuse. It serves as the voice I never felt I had or that I felt was taken from me for the past 15 plus years. It will also serve as a space to keep record.  And lastly, for those that might be experiencing something similar… a chance to share that you are not alone and there is a place to heal from the toxicity of trauma… as we can only heal ourselves.
