Happy New Year everyone!  Today I wanted to share a quick message for the start of this New Year.  In this episode I talk about defining ourselves by more than just our mistakes, or a grade, or a bad comment.  We need to define ourselves by so much more than that.  Let's kick this New Year off right.  I love you all, stay safe out there and lets make this a great 2022.
