In this Episode 0 of Fostering Understanding, I take some time to introduce the podcast, how I got here, what the podcast is about, why I feel that I am qualified to host this podcast, and how we will be achieving the goals I talk about in this introduction episode.

I am so happy to begin this journey with you all.  I am nervous but also excited to be able to share this adventure with you, and know that I will be learning just as much as you all during this time we have together.
