This podcast is a phenomenological inquiry into human connection. Phenomena what? You may ask? Phenomenology, according to the National Library of Medicine, “is a form of qualitative research that focuses on the study of an individual’s lived experiences in the world”. https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC6468135/ I believe that leadership is not possible without relationships and relationships do not exist without connection. So, I decided to create this podcast, looking into how we as humans connect with others by chatting with people about their lived experiences.
