In today’s episode, we talk with Geraldine Crane, Spiritual Mentor, Coach, Hypnotherapist and Speaker, about healing hearts that have
been hurt by their relationship with their mothers. Talking about that relationship can often feel uncomfortable if it is a toxic or difficult relationship. Many feelings, like guilt and shame, or even fear of judgment from others, come into play and often prevent many even from realising all the consequences of this toxicrelationship. So, what to do? Like any other relationship, sometimes the relationship that some of us have with their mother is too toxic and disruptive to be saved, and we have to have the courage to release that relationship from our life. With Geraldine, we discuss how one can find peace, regain their strength, and develop a loving relationship with themselves, so they can have happier, healthier relationships with others.
