In the era of everyone purporting to know everything, Tom showcasing the value of expertise is a breath of fresh air. His material is fresh and relevant, but his podcasts are fun. Yeah expertise and life are serious but we don’t always need to be serious about things...I like that Tom keeps it relatable and delivers a lot of valuable content.

There is something fascinating about someone who excels in a certain area speaking to their approach and how they think about that particular area. Comparing that to how someone else might approach their strong suit is equally interesting. Forging Ahead taps into these insights and Tom does a great job of creating a natural conversation that gives us a look into how his guests think.

I really like the format of these short (typically under 60 minute) episodes where Tom brings on a guest to talk about their own entrepreneurial experiences or something they are passionate about. No fluff, raw and I always take away 1-2 nuggets that I can apply to my own situation/life/job.

Tom gives you a no nonsense view of what it looks like to launch a new business mixed in with some great insight from other business leaders. Very well done!
