Eric Schroeder, VP of Operations at Ghost, a company that brings autonomous driving to your car, leverages his military and leadership experience to drive growth and innovation as a technology pioneer. 

Schroeder has two masters degrees and served in the military as a Special Forces Engineer Sergeant. After leaving the military, Eric worked as a consultant at McKinsey and then at Uber before joining Ghost in January 2021. 

Eric believes innovation requires sacrifice and tactical skill. Startups like Uber and Ghost have brought something completely new to the world of transportation and have taught him what it means to be a technology pioneer.
