Eric Miller, CEO of Coeur d'Alene Health of Cascadia, joins us to discuss his journey in long-term care. Eric discusses some of the lessons he has learned over the years including focusing a team on a single vision, building community relationships, and the importance of following through. Eric dropped many gold nuggets in this conversation.  This is sure to be a fun episode.
