God reveals Himself in the Bible as a gentle, forgiving Father, intimately involved with each and every detail of our lives. It is not only a beautiful picture, but a true one. However, every person seems to have a different idea of what God is like, because  unconsciously we  tend to attach the feelings and impressions that we have of our own earthly father to their concept of their Heavenly Father. We talk about this and so much more in this week's episode of For The One Podcast.

As believers, we need a revelation of God’s faithfulness. Being able to fully trust God is the beginning of living an abundant life. If you don’t fully believe that God is faithful to lead you into the best possible life you could live, then you won’t seek out his will, trust him with your possessions, or be able to fully enjoy his presence.  We also talk about the Armor of God deeply in this episode. In Ephesians 6:10-20, Paul explains that it is the strength of God that is necessary since the enemy is not human but spiritual in nature. But it is impossible to do this without first understanding and believing in the faithfulness of God and his character.
